Shipping and more

Every order is packed and shipped from Niagara Region, Ontario via ChitChats
Although I cannot guarantee delivery times, you should receive your package within 10-28 business days once it's shipped. Please get in contact with me if you are worried about your order.
If pieces are broken on arrival please feel free to get in contact with me alongside pictures etc. If this happens, please contact me within a timely manner shortly after shipment's arrival.
Please be mindful that there may be additional charges (that are outside of my control) for duties or taxes upon the arrival of your order.
Please note that all sales are final and returns/refunds are not currently accepted
